The Winnipeg Foundation offers a number of grants programs that can be accessed by Manitoba Community Foundations, including:
- Administrative support grants to Manitoba community foundations
- Support grants for financial reporting to Manitoba community foundations with a "managed fund" at The Winnipeg Foundation
- Family literacy programming grants through the Literacy for Life Fund
